NY State of Health expects to renew coverage for more than 500,000 households and enroll new people into coverage during the Open Enrollment Period, which begins November 1.

Finding the right healthcare plan can be difficult, especially considering how costs can vary depending on the plan's monthly premiums, deductibles and co-pays. The good news is that Hispanic Federation has enrollers who can help summarize all the key information for you, making it easy to compare your options and decide. Whether you prefer to lower your monthly premiums with a Bronze or Silver plan or need to lower your out-of-pocket cost with a Gold or Platinum plan -- we have you covered.  And we will take you through the complete enrollment process.

Hispanic Federation and four of its member agencies, Urban Health Plan, Puerto Rican Family Institute, Dominican Women’s Development Center and Ryan Nena Community Health Center help New York families and small businesses enroll in health coverage through NY State of Health: The Official Health Plan Marketplace.  Navigators provide eligible individuals with assistance in completing the enrollment application. They also help small employers offer insurance to their employees.
